1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using PointVoyager (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PointVoyager is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Virgin Atlantic or any airline. We do not sell tickets; we help you search and track reward seat information.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use the Service for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Acceptable use: you may not (i) copy, scrape or download bulk data; (ii) circumvent rate limits; (iii) reverse engineer or modify the Service; (iv) use automated tools without our prior written consent; (v) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (vi) use the Service to compete with us.
• Fair usage: to protect the Service, we may apply reasonable limits to search frequency, alert volume, or API calls. If limits are reached, we will let you know and suggest options.

3. Data sources & accuracy

Search results are retrieved live from airline sources and may change quickly. Points history reflects snapshots captured around midday daily; alert emails are typically generated at 6:00am local time. We aim to be accurate but cannot guarantee availability, pricing, or timeliness. Always confirm details on the airline’s website before booking.

4. Subscriptions & billing (if applicable)

Plan features, pricing, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically. Refunds, if any, are provided as stated at purchase or as required by law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service (including design, software, content, trademarks, and logos) is owned by PointVoyager or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Third‑party services

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Availability and pricing data may change without notice. PointVoyager is not an agent of any airline and is not responsible for booking outcomes or loyalty programme decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointVoyager and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PointVoyager and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Cancellation & refunds (if subscriptions are offered)

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings; access will continue until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non‑refundable once a period begins. We may offer goodwill refunds at our discretion.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Service, or caused risk to us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and can request deletion of your account.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
